The design is to express a dynamic entrance, where the building becomes unmistakable with a dramatic statement archway that frames the entrance and direct attention to a large central ID. The archway is augmented by an illuminated perforation pattern that references the digital and natural movement of the local environment.

Tenants and visitors entering the lobby are met with a dynamic feature wall with animated lighting that reveals and highlights areas of natural patterning on the perforated panels. New furniture modernizes the lobby, matching the clean lines of desk and feature wall. Inspired by the architectural perforated panels, The new building identity, and color scheme has been updated from parking to elevator bays, which helps create cohesive branding.
