An urban mixed-used high-rise with retail shops and residential condo units, attached to offices are accessible by the Shaw Howard Metro. I was part of a small team and led the development of client boards, permit drawings, construction documents, MEP and Structural coordination.

I also designed the building lobby taking inspiration from music by famous musicians such as Louis Armstrong who have played at the Howard theatre next door and the neighbourhood which is known for its jazz influence. I used bold patterns and bright colors to bring the space alive.

I worked on the roof detailing and design set for LEED silver certification. The materials, code, and flora allow for low stormwater discharge and minimal heat island effect.

I also designed all of the common areas, including 3-D presentation models and drawings with material finishes and lighting selection for all common areas and apartments. Working on apartment layouts, kitchen and bathrooms, construction documents, MEP and Structural coordination.
