A large residential complex of 316 units in the heart of DC, with amenities such as a lobby, lounge, gym and courtyards with water features. On the ground level, there are multiple restaurants, bars, and stores that are part of the building. 

 

As part of a small team, I helped develop client boards, permit drawings, construction documents, MEP and Structural coordination. I also worked on all condo unit layouts, kitchen, and bathrooms, lobby, communal areas as well as working on details for the internal courtyard.
