The building is a combination of architecture from the 1880s and 1980s, with multiple entries at three streets. So I designed a focal point that leads the tenant from multiple circulation paths into the atrium to discover an iconic and modern media sculpture. A hanging media sculpture with vibrant colors and unpredicted animations at all hours that enliven the space and offer a unique visual interest. This activates the entry and engages the tenant from approach to arrival.

Continuing the dynamic experience into the lobby lounge, elevator bays and new cafe seating areas both indoor and outdoor. This updated look and feel is achieved through furniture with modular elements, modern finishes, lighting and subdued colors that signal professionalism and comfort. This new grouping encourages tenants to use the spaces for diverse activities and complements the media installation in the atrium.
